About Us

Crea is part of an Italian design studio, that thinks, designs, produces and sells DIY Personalizable Design Products Kit.

It is not by chance that we like to conceive and make DIY Kit objects: we want to involve our Users in the design process to satisfy all those needs concerning use and look that only as User you can know.
We believe that any user’s experience is unique. It can't be planned by a "typical" designer, too often closed in the golden isolation of his studio. Serial mass production does not give an answer to the natural inclination towards hand-crafting of many people. We strive in finding an appropriate answer, fun and rewarding, to this issue, just because it involves manuality as a second nature.

This is how we came to the thought of supplying our Users (doesn’t this sound so much better than consumers?) with kits containing "basic bricks". Through them Users can create their products themselves.
Such "bricks" are therefore the best that our research in Design can offer: best optimization, best stylistic and materials research, best constructive details, the best in its class.

You are creating your own, unique, design, thanks to the wide possibilities of personalization provided by our kits. The final result of creating will be different for each User.

We address the Crafter that lives in many of us, and we are sure our kits will fascinate all those who appreciate the uniqueness of what only their hands are capable to "think".
